The Rimmel Global Social Media & Community Manager will have the chance to directly shape the online presence of the brand and be involved in global exciting digital projects.



 As our Global Social Media & Community Manager, you are responsible for social media management, community building and digital experimentation.

 Your focus will be to:

  • Community management and engagement (and customers support)- Monitor and moderate interactions, comments, and content across all Rimmel communities
  • Content planning and publishing – Strategically plan and publish engaging content across all social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Snapchat.
  • Rimmel Live (brand app) community engagement and animation- collaborate to develop and execute engaging in app initiatives, driving participation, fostering community growth, and amplifying brand advocacy.
  • Digital analysis and reporting
  • Social media and online listening



 As a Global Social Media & Community Manager, you will bring solid professional expertise and proven track record in a similar role across brand or agency. You will be accustomed to work cross-functionally and feel energized from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you will have:

  • A data driven mindset
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Adobe suite
