E-Retail Media Manager

PURPOSE
Coty is a world leader in beauty and home to an illustrious roster of cosmetic, skincare and fragrance brands. Our two divisions – Coty Consumer and Coty Prestige – build a varied portfolio of iconic global brands as well as much loved regional brands. Coty Prestige focuses on prestige fragrance, prestige cosmetics and skincare while Coty Consumer focuses on mass colour cosmetics, body care and mass fragrances with brands including Rimmel, Max Factor, Bourjois and Sally Hansen.
We’re looking for a performance / E-Retail media professional to join our team and step change our approach to E-Retail media. The role will span across working with all E Retailers with endemic media offerings (initially primarily Amazon) and be intrinsic in driving our business growth across both Consumer and Prestige brands.
MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive overall eRetail media strategy for COTY UK&I on Amazon and other retailer platforms including but not exclusive to Boots, Look Fantastic and Sephora in collaboration with key local and global stakeholders.
- Work with the Snr Director Ecommerce in creating a clear vison and roadmap to drive Coty’s overall eRetail agenda.
- Ensure media mix coherence with national (digital) media strategy, in close cooperation with the Media, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Be the face and voice of eRetail media supporting and collaborating with the Ecommerce team, the Commercial teams and the brand digital marketing teams.
- Monitor and share industry developments, online marketing trends, industry tools and internal cross-team insights to drive innovation.
- Analyze eCommerce data to define and identify top media opportunities across the full funnel of E-Retail endemic media to drive sales and market share.
- Own the day to day relationship with our eRetail media agency and key media owners, especially Amazon Advertising Group.
- Day to day management of eRetail project budgets in coordination with the Senior eCommerce Director.
- Develop measurement frameworks with projected metrics and benchmarks for the range of media formats and tactics within eRetail media scope.
- Translate complex data sets into insights for sharing with cross-capability teams.
- Prepare and hold presentations with senior management as part of business reviews and customer meetings.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by defining standards and needs for the development for eRetail Media to be a pioneer in sharing marketing strategies and best practices with additional Coty regions.
THE COTY IDEAL FIT
- 2-4 years of experience in digital acquisition media, notably Paid Search, with demonstrative results delivered.
- Direct experience with Amazon Ads required as well as experience with Ad management of other E-Retail platforms such as Criteo and Citrus would be a huge plus.
- Previous usage of technology platforms and dashboards such as SA360, Pacvue, Skai or proprietary solutions, as well as Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (can perform complex functions).
- Ability to drive data-driven analysis and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and value to the business, including analytics to measure the impact of our E-Retail media campaigns.
- A desire to "change the game" and think outside of the box with enthusiasm for the future of eRetail/Retail Media Networks and building that future with us.
- Understanding of Paid, Owned, Earned Media in the eCommerce context and their impact on sales.
- Have excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate throughout all levels of an organization, both technical and non-technical, presenting complicated data insights and strategic recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner.
