The Role / Purpose
To facilitate and support Collaboration Manager to enable multifunctional customer interaction that Drives Growth and End to End Supply Chain Efficiency
Brings Supply Chain (both Customer and COTY) to the commercial relationship.
With the purpose of developing a Customer Demand forecast as input to the S&OP Process to improve Forecast Accuracy and drive Business & Collaboration with key Customers
Mission & Responsibilities
- Customer Demand – Compile Data & necessary analysis to create a customer forecast for SD & TPS, built internally based on Coty data and learnings 3-6 months forward looking
- Assist Collaboration Manager with Key Event planning enabling execution excellence (Key Consumption Periods, Initiatives launch, Supply Chain changes, Challenges)
- Support Customer Collaboration Market Lead with all Special Projects and areas of responsibilities
- Assist Collaboration Manager with SIT process and interaction with S&OP for Customer Collaboration
- Assist in tracking & monitoring any Customer Charge Backs for Supply Chain with a view of correcting to eradicate all customer chargebacks and issues
- Customer Logistics (synchronised supply chain interactions driving OSA / Perfect store, Customer Measured Service, cash & cost optimisation – Operating Income focused)
- To carry out any other reasonable management requested task.

- Sales Forecast Accuracy & stability (Promotional / NPD / Base / Giftsets)
- Forecast BIAS
- On Shelf Availability (OSA) & Customer Measured Service
- Inventory (stock in trade)
- Trade Terms P4P
Coty Ideal Fit.
- Previous experience in a similar forecasting/demand planning/supply chain role essential.
- Collaborator / Communicator (internal & external) – relationship is CRITICAL in the commercial environment.
