MISSION
The Brand Creative Producer is responsible for the end to end leadership of the Rimmel brand’s production requirements, in the form of stills and video, from campaign assets to instore to packaging to e-commerce and social. The role requires working in partnership with the Rimmel brand teams, creatives, external production partners and the Content Hubs. Ensuring the best value for Coty, the Brand Creative producer’s focus is on budgets and achieving execution quality that the brand requires.
THE ROLE
- End to end project management of the production process from ideation to delivery of final assets.
- Full understanding of the asset needs for all projects and best practice across TV, Online, Social & digital assets.
- This requires sourcing photographers/directors, sourcing treatments/storyboards, Glam squad sourcing & management, music sourcing/ post production sourcing and management.
- Management of celebrity pre meetings (to present creative work and talent/glam team) & across all 360 touch points
- Quoting productions according to all Coty WWP guidelines
- Owner of the pre production process and managing the PPM meetings.
- Following all Coty protocols and processes in conjunction with procurement’s guidance
- Shoot/Set management with all celebrity requirements (closed set/security/riders/contract production specifics etc)
- Ensuring shoots comply with any safety, union and legal guidance applicable to the locality of the shoot.
- Manage Post production of stills and moving image through editing, retouch, grade etc.
- Full management of process and deliverables up to masters of lead formats across video and stills
- Management of production assistants/post producers to aide with the management of productions.
- Coordination and communication with brand teams and all their requirements and asset needs
- Responsible for the oversight and production of consumer research materials.
- Responsibility for budgeting and reconciliation on all brand production
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Knowledge and Experience:
- Deep expertise in beauty production – experience in lash/eye/face/lip/skin are pivotal, fragrance and nail a plus.
- Highly experienced in cross platform productions: multiple crews, multiple sets.
- Experience of juggling multiple complex work streams at any one time.
- Digitally literate & Culturally plugged in.
- Creatively connected in UK/EU creative and production circles
