An ideal opportunity for a 12-month placement to join the Sales team managing a key customer within the Coty Luxury Division. This crucial coordinator role will offer opportunities to provide the team with insight, analysis and administrative support to grow the sales of Coty in a major High Street retailer.

This role offers experience to support your on-going business/marketing related studies and the opportunity to work on amazing brands such as Hugo Boss, Marc Jacobs, Gucci, Lacoste, Calvin Klein, Burberry, Tiffany&Co and Chloe alongside large multi-national retailers.

  • Be the key expert in understanding what is happening in your customer account and how our brands are performing.
  • Provide presentations, insight and tracking which enables the team to get more competitor understanding on what is happening and identify opportunities for Coty
  • Support implementation of strategic opportunities through cross functional internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Pricing & promotions; reviewing activations at the customer and proposing new promotional opportunities to grow our business
  • Coordinating the implementation of account promotional plans and ensuring all relevant administration and support is complete.
  • Liaising with the Marketing team to understand, create and implement activations for new product launches in line with the brand and retailer’s strategy
  • Champion E-commerce excellence and bring to life new product launches with an omni-channel approach.
  • Creation and submission of new line forms as required
  • Take responsibility for processing and coding invoices and managing through the approvals process.
  • Support team with range review administrative tasks and analysis when required
  • Review store implementation information on a regular basis and make suggestions to improve our look and feel, sales and/or customer experience.



  • A passion for the beauty industry, keenly following the latest trends.
  • Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sense of initiative, creativity and problem solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively to deadline and under pressure
  • Strong team player with ability to effectively listen, contribute and influence
  • Eligible to work in the UK
