Wimbledon, London – Hybrid (50% of your time working from home) 

 

As our Brand Manager – Calvin Klein, you are responsible for brand growth, commercial performance, execution.

 

This role exists to drive performance for a sizeable, high‑profile fragrance brand through strong analytics, insight‑led decision making and flawless 360° execution. Operating with high autonomy, you own a large commercial P&L while balancing commercial delivery with brand building. You will translate data, consumer and competitor insights into clear actions, working closely with global and fashion house teams and managing junior support



THE ROLE

 

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

 

As our Brand Manager – Calvin Klein, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Calvin Klein Fragrances in UK&I. You translate global brand strategy into powerful local execution, balancing creativity with commercial discipline. As brand guardian, you lead launches, manage investment, and work cross‑functionally to deliver profitable growth while protecting Calvin Klein’s iconic DNA.

 

Your main focus :  

 

Commercial Ownership & Performance

  • Own the full brand P&L, budget and financial delivery
  • Track performance weekly, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Course‑correct plans to maximise ROI and profitability

 

360° Brand & Media Planning

  • Build and deliver end‑to‑end local brand plans
  • Lead media strategy with agencies, aligning spend to objectives
  • Ensure strong alignment between media, assets and budgets

 

NPD & Go‑to‑Market Excellence

  • Lead local launch planning for NPD and key initiatives
  • Link launches to merchandising, forecasting and stock phasing
  • Deliver strong in‑store and online execution

 

Insight‑Led Decision Making

  • Translate data, reporting and competitor insights into action
  • Conduct pre‑ and post‑launch analysis to improve performance
  • Share clear, commercial insights with key stakeholders

 

Cross‑Functional & Team Leadership

  • Work closely with global, fashion, sales and activation teams
  • Operate independently in a lean structure with limited layers
  • Manage and develop one junior team member

You will work closely with Marketing, Activations, Sales and Global teams. The team is agile, commercial and highly collaborative.

Other than that, you will:

  • Bring strong experience in brand management, ideally within beauty or fragrance
  • Demonstrate full commercial and P&L ownership with strong analytical capability
  • Have proven experience in 360° brand, media and launch planning
  • Master the English language on a near‑native level
