BRAND AMBASSADOR – FRAGRANCE (MULTI-BRAND)

As Brand Ambassador – Fragrance, you will drive sales performance and elevate Coty’s luxury fragrance portfolio within a Boots Whyte City. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, and represent Coty brands with passion, professionalism, and excellence of execution.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Brand Ambassador – Fragrance, you play a critical role in delivering sales targets and elevating brand presence within a luxury retail environment. You will act as a fragrance expert on the shop floor, consistently meeting Coty’s customer service and sales standards while protecting and enhancing brand equity.

You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:

Drive sales performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain company KPIs
• Build strong client relationships to influence and convert sales
• Demonstrate products to customers and deliver engaging fragrance experiences
• Provide exceptional service aligned with Coty customer service standards

Represent Coty brands

• Act as a brand ambassador for Coty’s luxury fragrance portfolio
• Stay informed of company initiatives and brand launches
• Protect and elevate brand image in-store

Execute in-store excellence

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping
• Ensure the efficient running of the counter or designated area
• Adhere to Coty uniform and grooming guidelines

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Brand Ambassador, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are passionate about luxury fragrance, highly motivated, and confident building strong client relationships.

• Experience within luxury or premium retail environments
• Strong sales and client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers and store teams
• Highly self-motivated and results driven
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
