We’re looking for an Assistant Business Manager who’s ready to turn energy into results and passion into performance at Harrods, one of the world’s most prestigious beauty destinations.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As Assistant Business Manager, you are the right hand of the Business Manager and a true powerhouse on counter. You help lead the Kylie team, elevate the customer experience, and drive standout commercial results - all while living and breathing the brand.
When the Business Manager isn’t there, you are the leader.
When the counter is busy, you are the spark.
When targets feel ambitious, you help make them happen.
1 - Sales & Business Performance
- Support and inspire the team to exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
- Drive strong performance across ASP, sales mix and split
- Build instant connections with customers to influence, sell and upsell confidently
- Turn every customer interaction into a memorable Kylie moment
- Track performance, spot opportunities and share insights
- Stay commercially curious about Coty performance, competitors and beauty trends
2 - People Leadership & Brand Ambassadorship
- Lead by example at all times on counter
- Coach, develop and motivate a team of two Brand Ambassadors
- Maintain exceptional standards with high energy and positivity
- Represent Kylie’s luxury DNA through grooming, artistry, attitude and presence
- Champion Coty values and protect brand equity
- Help build an inclusive, ambitious and fun counter culture
3 - Operational & Visual Excellence
- Deliver flawless VM execution and pristine counter standards
- Support seamless daily operations and operational compliance
- Confidently use digital tools and iPads for communication, reporting and VM guidelines
- Maintain excellent stock presentation and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with Retail Management, VM, Education, NAM and the Area Manager
- Ensure the counter always looks, feels and performs at its best
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You’re already thriving in beauty retail - and you’re ready for more.
You’re passionate about makeup, artistry and luxury brands, energized by fast‑paced environments and proud of delivering unforgettable customer experiences. You bring confidence, ownership and high standards to every shift.
You bring:
- Experience supporting or leading a team in beauty retail
- A strong sales mindset with proven target achievement
- Makeup artistry skills (skincare experience is a plus)
- A collaborative approach and strong stakeholder relationships
- A natural coaching mindset and people‑first leadership style
- Impeccable attention to detail and brand execution
- Confidence using digital tools and reporting system.
