RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a Retails Business Insights Executive role partnering closely with the Retail Excellence Manager to deliver actionable performance insights and market intelligence that support effective decision making.

Your main focus:

• Monitor and analyze sales, productivity and other performance metrics to support effective business and retail decision making
• Conduct regular market visits to gather on-ground intelligence, including competitor activities and operational challenges, consolidate feedback from Retail Specialists and front-liners, highlight key findings with recommended actions to the Retail Excellence Manager
• Connect performance data insights to retail operations, customer satisfaction results and market activities and their impact on daily performance across channels.
• Identify gaps, risks, trend and growth opportunities from data; present insights in a clear, storytelling-focused manner with actionable strategies to drive performance (sales, productivity) and retail excellence (compliance, brand guideline, standards, service excellence).
• Support Retail Excellence Manager with business reviews preparation and related materials
• Analyze feedback and ROI of sales events and podiums, summarize findings including areas done well and gaps or learnings for future improvement
• Support resource planning and perform headcount analysis for sales events, podiums and all activities
• Govern and control the usage of testers by monitoring, tracking and analyzing usage.
• May be required to assist Retail Manager in ad hoc projects for continuous improvement, data consolidation and analysis as required.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or equivalent field
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial planning, business analysis, or performance analysis
• Experience in retail, FMCG, beauty or luxury industries is preferred
• Familiarity with retail KPIs is an advantage
• Strong proficiency in M. Excel, with the ability to analyse large data sets, identify trends, gaps, productivity drivers, and operational risks.
• Proficient in visualisation tools such as Power BI is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail
• High curiosity, strong analytical and critical thinking, storytelling skills
• Independent yet collaborative, proactive, resourceful
• Strong accountability, with the ability to monitor and follow through
