MARKETING INTERN

This internship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad and relevant experience in marketing that should prepare you to enter any fast-paced work environment.

THE ROLE  

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Marketing Intern, you play a critical role in providing general support to the marketing team in executing campaigns and brand activities, coordinating marketing operations, preparing reports and analysis, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth implementation of marketing initiatives.

You will be reporting to Brand Manager, and you will manage:

• Support E-retailer/Ecom/ Online marketing campaigns activations

• Promotional materials (POSM) management and liaise with designer for asset creation/ visual preparation and supplier for printing

• Coordinate marketing operations and assist in brand promotions and activities

• Collate and prepare competitors’ activities report on monthly basis

• Generate weekly reports and analysis

• Complete any ad-hoc assignment given by line manager

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

As a marketing student with a passion for beauty and branding, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You are proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong team spirit. 

• Undergraduate able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 6 months (Jul - Dec)

• Basic skills in Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tools

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Self‑motivated, responsible, and able to handle confidential information

• Strong communication skills with cross‑cultural awareness and emotional intelligence

• Adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

• Passionate about consumer goods, makeup, and beauty

• Eager to learn, proactive, and takes ownership with a positive attitude
