Marketing Executive

As the Marketing Executive, you will join the Consumer Beauty Marketing team that is accountable to unleash the full potential of the brand portfolio and to drive long-term sustainable category growth agenda towards COTY’s strategic objectives. This is an exciting role that will see you building ground breaking campaigns and bringing bold ideas to life. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a designated category and brand portfolio, driving marketing activities to achieve the sales targets, profitability targets and business objectives.
  • Developing and driving agenda of annual marketing plan for the category and brand portfolio including innovation, reanimation, promotion and activation.
  • Owning end-to-end process of new product launch and campaign management within AnCP budget given – Conceptualize, plan and execute all launches and activations encompassing digital and social media, influencer marketing, trade marketing activations, promotions and/or events.
  • Managing and growing a sustainable product portfolio for the brands including product forecasting and pricing strategy, whilst aligning with the overall global and local business strategy.
  • Leading the creation and development of all marketing collaterals, tools and mechanics, in line with the brand image and strategy.
  • Creating and ensuring consistent and impactful visual merchandising displays at all brands’ point of sales.
  • Researching and tracking competitors’ marketing activities periodically, and collecting market data and insights to analyse brand’s competitive performance and future plans.
  • Ongoing review and evaluation of brand/s business performance to ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and to uphold the positioning/ranking of the brands in its distribution.
  • Forming strong collaborative support to inter-departmental teams in achieving the brands’ sales targets.
  • Managing and coordinate the deployment of brand assets that support the annual plan activation together with external agencies
  • Maintaining the full spectrum of marketing expenses including document issuance, record maintenance and monthly tracking.





  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university/business school.
  • 3-5 years’ prior experience in the FMCG and/or beauty industry; brand marketing/category management experience with proven track record. 
  • 1 -2 years’ of digital marketing experience embedded as part of marketing experience.
  • Passion for beauty and consumers.
  • Strong analysis and planning skills; you are comfortable analysing large volumes of complete information, interpret and construct recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you are confident in presenting to large groups and influencing at all levels of the organisation.
  • Creative, resourceful and results-driven; you hold yourself accountable to the success of your business and your team.
  • An eye for detail in both qualitative and quantitative aspects of work.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated with a good self-awareness mindset.
  • Excellent organisation and priority management, operating with high level of discipline in managing multiple tight deadlines.
  • Nimble and agile to adjust marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Good aptitude in career ambition and game to take up challenges to advance learning and career.
