RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Commercial Excellence Lead in driving sales performance, commercial strategy, and retailer partnerships across assigned portfolios to achieve budget targets and joint business goals.

Your main focus:

• Support Commercial Excellence Lead in managing sales plans for the assigned portfolios and establish Coty as the preferred partner for retailers
• Define commercial strategy for each retailer in line with budget targets to reach annual joint business plan target and common business goals.
• Develop promotional plans with retailers and marketing to achieve sell-out, sell-in and stock-in-trade days target.
• Plan and budget for launches and promotions. This includes monthly demand forecasts, supply management, pricing analysis and planning and tracking A&CP
• Market Intelligence - gather market information that can be used to look for, and assess, new business opportunities (new brands listing, new retailers, distribution expansion) to enhance brand image and visibility.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Excellence team to ensure full retail excellence implementation (BA, VM, CRM, Eventing) while analyzing monthly sell-in and sell-out performance across designated channels, sharing market, brand, and consumer insights, and aligning on action plans during monthly business reviews to achieve KPIs.
• Drive commercial negotiations at field level to maximize all aspects of business (in-shop spaces and locations, prices, investments, promotions)
• Capture business opportunities through close customer partnership such as listing of new brands or brand lines and expansion of new doors
• Forecast saleable goods in order to optimize costs and avoid obsolescence, and update retailers on PIPO, code changes, discontinuations
• Ensure any implementation is in line with corporate and brand guidelines
• Negotiate and implement Coty Brand Image in all doors according to the guidelines established by Merchandiser (i.e. personalized Brand fixtures – where possible)
