We are looking for a detail-oriented intern to support demand planning and customer service activities. This role provides hands-on experience in forecasting, order management, and customer interaction within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•    Assist in demand forecasting and data analysis to support planning decisions 
•    Monitor orders, track deliveries, and update customers on order status 
•    Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues in a timely manner 
•    Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, supply chain) 
Requirements:
•    Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 
•    Strong analytical and communication skills 
•    Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP/CRM/SAP systems is a plus 
•    Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
