We’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our Retail team. This is a role that will see you driving the retail business and leading a young and energetic team. Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will get to work closely across teams in Hong Kong and motivate both Hong Kong and Macau store team to become successful in the beauty industry.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Maintain strong relationship with key clients (Perfumeries and Fashion House) in order to achieve sales target.
  • Work closely with demand planner on stock forecast.
  • Drive monthly sales and closely monitor its performance to ensure sales opportunities and productivity are maximized.
  • Analyze store sales data, KPIs in weekly basis and suggest effective action plans to improve store performance.
  • Ensure store rosters and manpower arrangement meeting business needs.
  • Lead, motivate, train, and coach the store team for optimizing sales performance and achieving goals.
  • Maintain store team to provide high-quality customer service and retail experience which delivered by local training team.
  • Collaborate, communicate, and participate in meetings with marketing and training teams on promotions, CRM, and people performance needs.
  • Ensure all counters/stores follow merchandising and grooming guidelines as directed by the brand.
  • Handle payroll calculations and sales-related administrative tasks.
  • Manage and execute in-store event, animations, roadshows, department store events.


We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • Minimum 5 years in retail /key account experience of which at least 1 year at supervising level of multi store management. Preferably with beauty/luxury background.
  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and analytical skills.
  • Good team player with excellent people management and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong communication skill to collaborate with difference levels.
  • Customer centric and service focused.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and taking initiative to improve business.
  • Self-motivated with effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient using MS Office.
