ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Your role is to participate in the development of the retail sales, You will ensure that customers are given a quality service at counter, as well as a customized consultation, being able to advise and demonstrate full product range with your expert knowledge on both Make-up and Fragrance.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Achieve targets and KPIs, and increase sales
• Provide outstanding quality of service by following our sales techniques and service codes, conduct demonstration of products
• Ensure the counter is clean, tidy and well maintained
• Apply brand’s visual merchandising and in-store excellence guidelines]
