Act as the key driving force for business development and management for Prestige Retail & Wholesale Sector.
Oversee daily operations for Prestige Retail Sector, from managing staff, inventory, operational flows to ensuring retail and operation excellence.
Support Business Development Manager/ Retail Manager to create and achieve sales goals by driving excellent activation and ensuring fulfilment.
In all circumference, to mmaintain high quality of customer experience and retail excellence to drive both offtake sales and sell in revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main focus:
Business Planning and Management
Support Business Development Manager/ Retail Manager in developing business strategies and identifying business potential with guidance to convert the vision into achievable goals.
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly/ yearly sales targets and KPIs for wholesale customer and front line workforce.
Drive ambitious sales volume with company strategic product mix in accordance with brand directions.
Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to modify business action to react the changing retailing world.
Resourcing optimization to protect company profit on each investment.
Achieve Company Goals and Target
Drive & achieve the successful implement of brand activities with marketing team to maximize traffic, conversion, customer recruitment and sales.
Track, analysis and communicate KPIs to ensure delivery of sales target.
Provide key business insights and propose timely action to ensure sales delivery.
Drive Retail Excellence
Develop holistic customer journey and selling ceremony to perform Best-In-Class shopping experience in the market.
Strengthen front line workforce mindset on driving customer satisfaction and excellent service.
Build up customer loyalty with effective CRM program, by understanding customer purchasing behaviour and preference across different brands, channels and doors.
Closely monitoring on team performance to deliver consistent service standard, by mystery shopping program, role play, coaching etc.
Team Development & Performance
Cultivate team with strong fighting spirit, positive and Best-In-Class mindset.
Build up a high effective team by designing team structure, recruiting, developing and retaining talent to maximize their productivity.
Collaborate with HR on recruitment, talent management, compensation direction and disciplinary policy.
Identify development focus of team and individual workforce, then to work with Training & Education Team to set training priority and implement training roadmap.
Formulate system on performance checking of workforce and evaluate effectiveness of each people development action.
Propose commission and incentive scheme based on Reward-On-KPI mindset, to elevate team performance, as well as to maintain competitive package compared beauty industry.
Operational Management
Maintain effective and compliance operation flows.
Collaborate with all stakeholders, to improve operational outcome and simplify the procedure.
Asset management at front line area to protect company interests, including stock and material control.
Key Account Management
Be a Coty Ambassador to introduce brand and product direction to key clients.
Manage and nurture business relationship with key clients, by understanding business needs, anticipating challenges and providing strategic business plan.
Act as a bridge between Coty and key clients on leading projects and aligning business plan with internal stakeholders.
Be a strategic mastermind behind crafting brand activation plans from key clients.
Forecast and monitor sales trend to ensure delivering revenue and profitability to Coty.
Work with cross functional teams to meet deadlines/ lead time required for promotional packs, price changes arrangement, new product launch, POSM and others to ensure on-time and effective implementation.
Plan and execute sales promotions, new product listings, in-store activities, and marketing events in collaboration with key accounts
Closely monitor product launches, execution and sell-in /sell-through results and reports as in monthly basis.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT

Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or Marketing (or related/equivalent).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience of sales, retail or marketing role in FMCG/ Retailing/ Wholesale Industry, experience in Beauty or Luxury Product industries is added benefit.
Previous experience of retail operation management.
Result oriented with strong ability to drive team performance and inspire growth in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Customer-centric and have a mindset of attention to details and quality.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Competent with Microsoft Office.
Travel is needed but not frequent.
