Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Makeup Artist to join Gucci Beauty/Burberry Beauty team. The ideal candidate will not only excel in makeup applications but also have a strong focus on sales performance, driving sales results through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert makeup consultations and services to customers, enhancing their shopping experience, understanding their preferences and needs.
• Actively promote and sell products, educate customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques to encourage purchases.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in in-store and outreach events, workshops, shootings and demonstrations.
• Maintain an attractive and organized makeup display, ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in the makeup application area.
• Build relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat repurchase.
• Stay current with beauty trends, product launches, and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Over 3 years of proven experience as a makeup artist, preferably in beauty field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of makeup styles and techniques.
• Strong sales background with a track record of meeting sales goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of different skin types, tones, and makeup products.
• Certification from a recognized makeup school is a plus. ITEC, CIBTAC or other international certification are preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Makeup Ambassador position.
