ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

We are looking for Assistant Counter Manager to join our Retail team to lead an energetic and passionate team who are dedicated to creating experiences with our customers. Reporting to Retail Supervisor, you will lead retail activities that contribute to the brand’s image and corporate goals.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

•               Lead and motivate store team to achieve monthly sales target and implement strategies to meet KPIs and business objectives.

•               Manage store team to engage and retain customers by providing excellent customer service and building up long term customer relationship.

•               Supervise smooth daily operations of store which aligned with operations excellence.

•               Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment.

•               Execute in-store event, animations, and roadshows.

•               Provide action plan to improve store sales by sharing observations of customer in-store experience, market trend, competitors’ moves.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

We’d love to see candidates who have:

•               Minimum of 3 years of management role in retail store management. Preferably with makeup/beauty/luxury background.

•               Result-oriented with strategic mindset to drive business results.

•               Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skill.

•               Experience in people management with strong leadership skill.

•               Customer centric and service focused.

•               Familiar with Mircosoft Word and Excel.

•               Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.

•               Immediately available is preferred.
