ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
About the role:
- Assist in preparation of HK & TW performance reporting and financial planning
- Assist for loading information to Hyperion for forecast and planning
- Assist in actual results tracking and variances investigation / explanations if any
- Help provide fact-based data for decision making
- Support ad hoc financial projects
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Maintain RSP – Retail Selling Prices and customer trade Margin
- Analysis and true up the revenue monthly
- Track and assist analysis the trading spending and A&CP actual VS forecast and planning
- Prepare and comment monthly sales reporting or deck in accordance with company guidelines
- Assist in preparation of quarterly rolling forecast and annual budgeting
- Assist FP&A director in business risks and opportunities highlights by preparing fact-based information
- Prepare SoX filling documents monthly
- Assist track local marketing budget and marketing furniture CAPEX
- Understand brand goals and strategies as well as company’s financial policies and provide analysis to help marketing and sales achieve goals
- Help provide financial analysis on new projects or models for go/no-go decisions support
- Help identify brand profitability drivers and channel analysis as required by management
- Working collaboratively with people from across the business to drive continuous improvement to our forecasting and modelling methodology
- Prepare ad-hoc business reviews
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 3 years in FP&A
- A self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Highly numerate with strong Excel and Financial Modelling skills, be analytical and inquisitive by nature and be able to understand and spot trends in complex data and interpret them
- Full understanding of the month end close process and how it relates to other closing activities
- Good business judgment
- Ability to explain complex concepts and problems in simple terms, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other business functions
- Good organizational skills to proactively manage workload and use time efficiently for completing projects consistently and on time
- Experience with SAP
- Ability to work in international team / Fluent in English
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
