SR Operational Excellence Leader

 

We are looking for a SR Operational Excellence Leader to join our Operations team in Granollers to define and deploy Operational Excellence, driving sustainable performance improvements across manufacturing and supply chain operations while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are achieved.

 

Reporting directly to the Plant General Manager, the Operational Excellence Leader works in close collaboration with Plant Leadership to ensure effective execution of improvement initiatives. The role also maintains a dotted line functional connection with the Global Operational Excellence organization to ensure alignment with global standards, methodologies, and best practices.

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

 

As our SR Operational Excellence Leader you play a key role in

 

•Develop and deploy the Operational Excellence strategy aligned with Division and site objectives.

•Drive short- and long-term sustainable performance improvements across manufacturing operations.

•Lead the development and deployment of standards, best practices and training across the plant.

•Govern plant performance KPIs and ensure robust reporting.

•Actively participate in the global Operational Excellence network, aiming to become a Subject Matter Expert.

•Improve productivity through process, flow and organization optimization.

•Ensure compliance with safety, quality and GMP standards.

•Drive cultural change from product quality control to process quality assurance.

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

As a SR Operational Excellence Leader you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You would be the right fit

 

  • Master Degree in Engineering or Technical Background.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Managerial experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Successful Lean Enterprise deployment experience.
  • FMCG manufacturing experience with high/low volume and high mix.
  • Strong expertise in Lean methodologies (TPM, Standard Work, Kaizen, JIT, RCO).
  • Leadership capability to influence and drive cultural change.
  • Results-oriented, process-focused and shop-floor driven.
