Regional 3PL DC PMO, Controls and Systems Senior Manager
As part of Coty’s Strategy, service around the globe is also provided by 3PL operated DCs. 2 Key DCs of those are in Barcelona, Spain and in Weilbach, Germany. We are looking for a Regional 3PL DC PMO, Controls and Systems Senior Manager, reporting interim to the Europe DC Senior Director, that leads excellence in projects delivery (reg. or local), continuous cost and systems optimization and ideation, drives Masterplan and Change Management, owning the execution and improvement of DC compliance controls and DC support activities , ensuring alignment with Coty’s global standards and regional business needs.
THE ROLE
In this role you will work on:
• Lead regional operational and systems projects across multiple DCs in your area of responsibility.
• Drive system enhancements and integrations with global/regional Coty and 3PL IT teams.
• Own internal control frameworks and ensure compliance across sites.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and stock control protocols.
• Deliver performance reporting and insights.
• Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field, with > 3 year work experience in that area
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse geographies and cultures
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Digitally savvy and committed to driving Coty’s digital transformation journey
• Capable and willing to learn and teach about Warehousing, warehousing processes and Warehouse Management Systems.
• SAP knowledge at advanced user level
• Proven experience in leading regional or multi-site logistics/supply chain projects.
• Expertise in internal controls and compliance within a logistics or distribution environment
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and resilience.
• Rigor in the Execution
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management skills, rigor in the Execution
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic, results oriented and proactive person.

Travel Requirements:
• Up to 30% possible, for On-site project leadership, audits, stakeholder engagement. Short notice travel might be required in case of required issue resolution, e.g during start ups
