ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Provide advanced regulatory support as data analyst to ensure implementation of new legal and industry requirements to ensure compliance of fragrance compounds. Core Responsibilities.

 

THE ROLE

Regulatory Support

  • Ensure the reliability and integrity of regulatory data for fragrances used in COTY divisions
  • Conduct impact studies for data changes and elaborate recommendations to manage the impact with relevant stakeholders
  • Use expertise and technical skills to address complex regulatory challenges (force majeures, ...)
  • Ensure documents, procedures linked to core activities are kept updated.
  • Acquire information necessary to accurately determine product compliance.
  • Acquire and manipulate data to accurately determine fragrance compliance.
  • Gather and analyse the necessary data to ensure regulatory and safety.
  • assessment towards regulations, internal and customers policies
  • Identify issues relevant to business and propose appropriate solutions.

 

Processes and Systems Management

  • Report gaps in database integrity.
  • Develop and implement routine procedures to challenge data integrity through audits and queries of regulatory databases.
  • Develop innovative tools and PC-based solutions to meet emerging Regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Continuous improvement process: challenge, revise, streamline existing processes considering new regulatory needs, constraints, resources, organization.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Academic Background: University Degree in scientific field  Preferred: Advanced scientific or technical degree, preferably in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, Toxicology, Regulatory or related degree (i.e. Pharmacology)
  • Good English, local language is welcomed.
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency competences in SAP products.
  • Thorough knowledge of industry and custom.
