Quality Assurance Technician
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Assurance System at the Granollers site, ensuring compliance with Coty Quality Policy, GMP rules, and applicable regulations, while supporting documentation, audits, complaints management, and quality awareness across the organization.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Quality Assurance Technician, you play a critical role in maintaining and standardizing the Quality Assurance System, ensuring regulatory and GMP compliance, managing quality documentation, and supporting audits, complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives at the Granollers factory.
You will be reporting to QA Manager, and you will manage:
1 . Quality Assurance System & Compliance:
- Maintain the Quality Assurance System aligned with Coty Quality Policy
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and GMP rules
- Ensure production processes adhere to quality specifications, criteria, and policies
- Supervise and maintain change control processes
2 . Documentation, Audits & Quality Processes:
- Manage and standardize the Quality Documentation Management System
- Draft and maintain official quality documentation (procedures, work instructions)
- Support Quality and Hygiene audits and site visits
- Centralize maintenance and filing of batch files and related documentation
3 . Quality Performance, Communication & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure effective complaints management and reporting
- Coordinate and generate Quality KPIs
- Follow up and track derogations
- Participate in improvement projects and execute quality communication initiatives
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As a Quality Technician, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are organized, analytical, resilient, and able to work under pressure and ambiguity while communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician
- Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in a GMP environment
- SAP knowledge
- Strong documentation management and structured writing skills
- Advanced Office tools user, accustomed to management systems
- Training in Quality Standards, ISO (preferred)
- Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or food industries (preferred)
