RESPONSIBILITIES

Your main focus:

• The activities of a Process Engineer Intern are very diverse depending on current needs and opportunities, and might include:
• Ensure that all HSE, QA and legal compliance standards are integrated on all project phases.
• Define and Calculate NPV for Project, formalize documentation and request for Capex Approval.
• Ensure the utilization of the Project Management methodology along all the project phases.
• Develop and ensure the direction setting, good practices and standard tools of the Engineering projects.
• Manage all activities requested by the project scope including working with interdisciplinary teams incl. external suppliers.
• Actively participate in the proposal of productivity projects mainly on direct labor cost.

The team consists of 7 Process Engineers and 4 Process Engineers Interns and you will work closely together with several departments such as Production and Engineering. All your colleagues are experts of packing processes. Working in a team, you will have the opportunity to learn from others, innovate, and try new ideas.

• Engineering degree. You are interested in technology and manufacturing, and have a natural curiosity about how things work,
• Proactive, team player, result driven, excellent in communication, sense of urgency and accountability. Knowledge on process of production lines, layout, material flow and automation of packing processes
• Confident level of English, speaking and writing, as you will need it daily.
• Advanced computer skills
• Autocad (basic)
