Maintenance Coordinator
MANTEINANCE COORDINATOR
We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Operations team in Granollers. In this role, you will lead the site’s corrective and preventive maintenance strategy, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance across our packaging and manufacturing lines.
THE ROLE
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
As our Manteinance Coordinator you play a critical role to ensure the following duties
- Coordinate the Corrective Maintenance team (shift leaders & technicians).
- Act as Maintenance Lead for all the areas.
- Manage the plant’s daily Top 5 priorities.
- Conduct daily/weekly DDS and support priority lines.
- Track weekly KPIs (BD, MTBF, %PM) and review monthly packing line performance.
- Serve as a Machine Safety Owner and LOTO Leader for the site.
- Oversee maintenance budgets (corrective, FY, CAPEX/OVH).
- Manage assets, spare parts, workshops, and CR360.

As a Manteinance Coordinator, you thrive in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You would be the right fit
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical Studies Background.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (pharma, food, cosmetics, automotive).
- Proficient level of English (B2)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Autonomous, agile, and effective at influencing across teams.
