MANAGER IS AND DT COE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

Location: Granollers, Spain

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Manager IS and DT CoE Subject Matter Expert, you are responsible for SAP FICO support delivery. In this role, you support and deliver SAP FICO solutions within the SAP Center of Excellence. You act as the regional go‑to person for first‑level support, contribute to global SAP projects, support process improvements, and ensure solutions align with global governance and business requirements while working closely with global stakeholders.

Your main focus:

Support and service delivery

• Handle functional incidents, enhancements, and operational changes using ticketing systems
• Provide first‑level SAP FICO support within the region
• Coordinate with second‑level support for troubleshooting and escalation

Implementation and configuration

• Lead SAP configuration and implementation activities following core solution standards
• Participate in SAP project implementations
• Support execution of projects and system changes at site level

Business partnership

• Capture and anticipate global and local business requirements
• Lead review meetings with Key Users and Local Process Owners
• Work with Business Facing teams to improve processes using SAP capabilities

Knowledge and collaboration

• Maintain knowledge of SAP product direction and future offerings
• Share knowledge and coordinate activities across regions
• Provide coverage for other SAP support areas when applicable

Change and monitoring

• Identify change management initiatives with Key Users and Local Process Owners
• Support implementation of system monitoring across jobs and interfaces
• Act as link between users and Application Maintenance teams

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to support complex SAP environments and work closely with business stakeholders. As an experienced Manager IS and DT CoE Subject Matter Expert, you work in a structured, customer‑oriented way and get energy from working in a fast‑paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Have at least 5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting SAP projects
• Are proficient in SAP ERP, including S/4HANA On‑Premise 2022
• Have SAP certification in relevant modules
• Are fluent in English (other languages appreciated)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of VIM OpenText, Tradeshift, or HighRadius
• Project management experience (PMI certification)
• Experience in Mass Market or Cosmetics business
• Knowledge of data conversion tools
