Logistic QA Manager

Logistic EMEA QA manager is a strategic role to lead quality in Distribution centres. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. This opportunity involves traveling in EMEA region till 30% of time.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Logistics QA Manager, you are responsible for leading the quality logistic teams of the region, to drive continuous improvement and quality change control processes. Also, to audit customization copackers (CCs), owned and 3PL DCs and contribute to education and qualification programs and to execute consolidation in the quality process.

 

Your main focus :

  • Global
    • To ensure the quality of the product through the distribution network and ensure quality capability in DCs.
    • To assure the technical readiness of any local copacking activities for the logistics organization to provide effective, efficient, and superior level of service while maintaining highest level of product quality and complying with the regulations and standards.
    • To lead and propose continuous improvement projects.
    • To collaborate with the two other Regional Quality Logistics Supervisor to enhance global capabilities, support standardization and harmonization processes within the 3 regions.
  • GMP audit
    • To conduct audits in conjunction with Global Quality Logistics Manager if support is needed.
    • To monitor regional audit plan and make recommendations to Global Logistics Manager based on risk assessment/ DC-CC performances.
  • Monitoring
    • To provide regional QA logistic scorecard for the measurement of the quality in DCs/CCs for his region on time, insuring accuracy of data.
    • To track and analyse quality goals and to communicate progresses with management.
    • To provide to Global Quality Logistics Manager, the regional consolidation (DCs results/data collection) on Right First time from factories to DCs KPI and follow up/challenge both parties (manufacturing/DCs) if needed.
  • Traceability
    • To act as a member of the Quality Emergency Council and Crisis Management Team in case of recall and withdrawal of Coty products.
    • To consolidate “Emergency actions” (Blocked/Reconciliation/Shipped to) in case of quality incident/alert.
    • To lead quality incident/alert linked with Logistic root cause.

The team consists of 3 Logistic QA managers (1 by region) and you will work closely together with several departments such as Distribution centers, factories, external operations. All your colleagues are capable, involved, and willing to transfer their knowledge. Working in this team, you will feel supported and engaged.

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You like to lead and team oriented to lead different teams with positive and constructive orientation. As a/an experienced Logistic QA Manager, you handle multiple tasks simultaneously and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

 

  • University degree in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain.
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role, in Quality Assurance & Environmental Management System, practices, and processes within a related industry.
  • Experience with GMPs, Mil Std 105E or ASQ Z1.4, IATA, TSA, DOT, UN regulations.
  • Experience with establishing certification programs like ISO19000 for TPM’s & TPL’s.
  • Strong knowledge of computer fundamentals (i.e. Word, Excel, SAP, etc).
  • Master the English language on a near native level.
