ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

In the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME), within the IT COE (Centre of Excellence) part of the Information Technology Organization, reporting to the IT COE Supply Chain Solution Architect, he/she will be the responsible to deliver the appropriate o9 solution for his/her PLANNING area of expertise.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Be the o9 solution architect for COTY
• Heavy participation on o9 implementation/configuration projects.
• Guardian of o9 design (responsible for Technical Coty design and configuration sign off)
• Support the Execution of projects.
• Participate in executing SIT.
• Support in UAT fixing defects.
• Active participation during cutover, parallel run and hyper care.
• Lead the integration to and out of o9 with the Coty data lake team.
• Coordinate infrastructure work for o9 on premises.
• Provide subject matter expertise and assistance in developing requirements for o9 projects.
• Provide support to the Data Processes: Data Quality Management (Rules, Reporting) and Data Models (Data Filters, Business Rules on custom models)
• Capture and anticipate new Business requirements.
• Lead review meeting(s) with the Global Process Owner(s) to ensure regular communication and ensure the alignment/approval of documentation on the progress of the project.
• Lead Key users and Local Process Owners to achieve the objectives of the project providing support in o9 as top priority in the current implementation.
• Provide process knowledge support.
• Work with Business Facing teams to improve processes using o9 capabilities.
• Coordinate activities and share knowledge with counterparts in other regions.
• Assist o9 application support COE with troubleshooting.
• Work with 2nd level support to develop processes for troubleshooting and escalation.
• Indentify the change management projects with the Key Users and Local process Owners.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• O9 certification
• O9 expert for Demand Planning and S&OP.
• Expertise in DRP, MPS, MRP, MEIO is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of business and technical planning processes.
• Knowledgeable on digital decoupling (integration through Azure data lake)
• Good knowledge on S4HANA tables (master and transactional data used in planning)
• 3 years minimum experience implementing o9 projects.
• In-depth experience implementing applications.
• Project management expertise/certification.
• English fluency, other languages appreciated.
• Experience in Consumer Good/Cosmetics business is a plus.
