HSE Intern

We are looking for a HSE Intern - Prevención de Riesgos Laborales for our production plant at Granollers!

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our HSE Intern, you are responsible for be responsible to support site HSE activities and participate in safety program deployment:

Your main focus:

• Support site Risk assessment program
  • Check and control of Risk Assessment documentation and Risk information sheets
  • Control of departments safety plans update
  • Risk assessment reporting status
• Training and risks communications activities
  • Update HSE training skill matrix
  • Support departments training documents update
  • Support training scheduling and follow-up compliance
• Induction Training
  • Support training sessions preparation and execution
• Environmental & Sustainability
  • Manage environmental documentation
  • Update tracking data
• Support safety KPI’s update and follow-up
  • Safety communications follow-up and analysis
  • Safe behaviors tracking
  • Support KPI’s reporting and communication
• Participate in observation tours
  • Observe safe/unsafe behaviours
  • Identify unsafe conditions
• Support contractors’ coordination activities

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to support the people. As an HSE Intern you (add way of working) and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Student in a “Prevención de Riesgos Laborales” Degree/Master.
• Good technical skills in MS Office, Excel
• Risk Prevention qualification is a plus (Nivel Superior/Intermedio PRL or ISO 45001)
• Team Player mindset.
• Strong sense of individual accountability – personal drive to improve and passionate ownership of performance.
• Autonomous motivation to implement changes and challenge the current process / system to deliver improved results.
• Good English level and communication skills.
