We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator- in Granollers to our Barcelona Distribution Center. We are one of the key Coty Distribution Centers, we are shipping beauty goods all around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Barcelona DC Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for stock controls, claims management and reporting.

You will be reporting to the Barcelona DC Warehouse Manager, that bring the rigor in the control of the daily warehouse performance and systems maintenance to the level of excellence that our business requires.

Your main focus :

• Stock control process ownership.
• Internal Controls process ownership
• Daily DC stock adjustment discrepancies troubleshooting
• IDOC management control and failures troubleshooting.
• Incoming goods and WMS entrance control.
• Returns, refusals and product destruction reconciliation ownership
• Manage product flow between different Storage Locations.
• Stock level maintenance, including external storage Locations.
• Lead System changes and testing associates
• Results reporting for the areas under your responsibility
• Continuous improvement

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a Barcelona DC Warehouse Coordinator, you like to work in Warehousing execution and control in the digital field. As an experienced Warehouse Coordinator, you approach challenges with meticulous planning and a detail-oriented mindset, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Degree in Industrial engineering or IT with clear interest in Supply Chain
• Analytical capability
  • SAP knowledge at advanced user level
• Capable and willing to learn and teach about Warehousing, warehousing processes and Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Digitally focused, since should embrace the Company Digitalization journey
• Team management experience is a plus
• Self-autonomy and rigor in the execution
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • Experience managing projects, especially systems projects
• Ability to collaborate with different organizations across the globe and strong communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dynamic, results oriented and proactive person.
• Fluency in English and Spanish languages are a MUST
