HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
Location: Geneva - 12 Months
Experience HR beyond the ordinary : international projects, Swiss compliance, and a vibrant global culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Human Resources Intern, you are responsible for HR support, compliance, projects.
You will assist the HR team in daily operations and strategic projects, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor regulations and supporting initiatives like time management system implementation and benefits transition.
Your main focus:
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and employee inquiries
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with Swiss legislation
- Manage projects such as time recording system rollout and benefits transition with Aon broker
- Collaborate with Accenture and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate HR processes
- Contribute to internal communication and employee engagement initiatives

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to take initiative and manage multiple priorities. As a Human Resources Intern, you work autonomously, show empathy, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Other than that, you:
• Have a certificate or degree in HR or equivalent experience in Switzerland
• Understand Swiss labor law, cross-border regulations, and HR administration
• Are proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and HR tools
• Communicate fluently in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail
