RESPONSIBILITIES
This is one of the most exciting roles in the Health & Beauty category in Ireland, managing the Luxury brand portfolio and omni-channel strategy for both luxury and consumer beauty divisions. Reporting to the Head of Ireland, this role will put you in the driving seat to create and deliver marketing plans, within an allocated budget to achieve agreed objectives of sales, profit and market share in the Irish market.
The role will also require strong commercial acumen, to ensure that marketing plans and activations are fully commercialised with our retail partners through our distributor. You will need to build strong partnerships with the sales team, retail operations, trade marketing and our Irish distributor to translate comms strategies into activations that excite retailers and delight shoppers.
Analytical skills are a must, creating fact-based rationale to help secure media investment and gain approval for plans, and also post-launch evaluations to highlight improving ROIs (with a zero based budgeting mindset).
Your main focus :
- Design and implement marketing and omni-channel plans for the brands assigned.
- Implement the plans – including POS execution- and track results to recommend on future actions in the market
- Be a consumer and market champion working closely with our global team and UK teams to build strong activation plans fit to compete in the Irish market.
- Identify competitor set and utilise key learnings to inform brand defence strategies.
- 360-degree input, key conduit to ensure instore is talking to media, PR and all consumer touchpoints.
- Ensure brand objectives translate into impactful eventing, media drops and coverage to ensure our brands are at the forefront of conversation + trial with key press and influencers.
- Work closely with all 3rd party agencies across instore, online, PR, design, media, eventing + social to work collaboratively on brand activations.
- Partner with our distributor to lead the translation of our marketing vision. Act as their touchpoint for communication on campaigns, delivery of results and tracking vs benchmarks.
- Brand POC for e-retailers/pure players to create marketing activation plans with the objective to influence retailers and gain synergies between brand digital activities, content strategy and e-retailer strategies
- Work alongside UK Digital & Ecommerce teams to deliver an advocacy driven plan + drive eComm in Ireland.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the conversion of KPI’s, delivering clear objectives and provide insights to help with decision making within the eComm community.
- P&L responsibility. Always articulate and ability to use finance data as the basis for future action planning.
- Design the annual budget plan for the brands and track monthly leading corrective actions if needed.
- Responsible for managing the full A&CP budget of your category, monitoring, and communicating spend in line with agreed level.
- Ensure Corporate Marketing alignment & licenses guidelines fit in all actions, ensuring consistency
- Analyse sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have brand KPI’s under control.
- Running key business reports of the brands for decision making.
- Forecast brand needs in terms of demand planning and ensure a proper Sales & Operations Process together with Supply Chain, Finance and Sales Departments.

- Luxury/Beauty Experience: luxury/beauty experience highly desirable
