As Brand Ambassador, you bring the brand to life at Brown Thomas — delivering standout service, high‑impact artistry, and commercial performance that turns discovery into loyalty, whether customers are visiting for their everyday favourites or the latest launch.

 

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

 

As our Brand Ambassador – Kylie Cosmetics, you play a critical role in driving sales while representing the brand with energy, authenticity, and confidence. You combine strong selling skills with make‑up expertise to create engaging, inclusive experiences that excite customers and build long‑term brand love.

You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage:

 

Sales Performance & Customer Experience

  • Achieve individual sales targets while delivering Coty KPIs
  • Deliver Coty’s customer service ceremony with every interaction
  • Perform make‑up and skin consultations that drive conversion and loyalty
  • Build genuine customer relationships through confidence and approachability
  • Consistently upsell while maintaining an engaging, premium experience

 

Excellence of Execution

  • Act as a true Kylie Cosmetics brand ambassador, protecting brand equity at all times
  • Stay up to date with We Live Beauty and mandatory Coty Academy training
  • Execute merchandising guidelines across permanent and promotional space
  • Maintain strong awareness of brand performance, competitors, and trends
  • Support customer eventing and brand moments aligned with Kylie Cosmetics DNA
  • Adhere to uniform, grooming, and retailer Code of Conduct standards
  • Escalate any issues promptly to the Area Manager

 

Team & Collaboration

  • Build strong working relationships with the Coty in‑store team
  • Collaborate effectively with retailer staff and management
  • Support agency staff and mobile consultants when present
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with the Area Manager

 

Technical Processes

  • Use iPad tools for reporting, communication, and VM guidelines
  • Maintain secure control of Coty systems, passwords, and documentation
