As our Brand Ambassador – Fragrance, you are responsible for sales, service, brand equity.

You will deliver strong sales performance by providing exceptional customer experiences, representing Chloé’s new fragrance collection in-store, and executing Coty’s service, sales and brand standards with consistency and excellence.

Your main focus:

Drive sales performance

• • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Deliver against agreed KPIs
  • Maximise every selling opportunity

     

     

Represent the brand

• • Act as a true brand ambassador for Chloé
  • Protect and elevate brand equity in-store
  • Adhere to Coty grooming and uniform guidelines

Build strong relationships

• • Engage and build loyalty with customers
  • Collaborate with retailer staff and store management
  • Strengthen partnerships with the Coty in-store team

Execute in-store excellence

• • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising
  • Follow VM and brand guidelines consistently
  • Maintain excellent counter standards

Use digital tools

• • Use iPad for reporting and communication
  • Complete daily and weekly reports accurately
  • Follow digital guidelines and processes

The team consists of a Fragrance Business Manager and two Brand Ambassadors, working closely with Store Management, Visual Merchandising, Education, National Account and Area teams. All colleagues are passionate, sales‑driven fragrance experts who support each other to succeed.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like to sell, connect and represent luxury brands. As an experienced Brand Ambassador, you work confidently on the shop floor and get energy from working in a fast‑paced, diverse and customer‑focused environment. Other than that, you:

• Have experience in fragrance retail (fragrance collections experience is desirable)
• Demonstrate a strong sales mindset with a proven ability to hit KPIs
• Build strong relationships with customers and in‑store retail teams
• Show a deep passion for fragrance and luxury brands
• Master the English language on a near native level.
