BRAND AMBASSADOR – FRAGRANCE (CHLOÉ)

Part-time | 30 hours per week | 4 days

As Brand Ambassador – Fragrance (Chloé), you will represent one of Coty’s most iconic luxury fragrance brands at Brown Thomas, Dublin.

You will drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and bring the Chloé fragrance portfolio to life within a global beauty leader.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our Brand Ambassador – Fragrance (Chloé), you play a critical role in delivering strong sales results while elevating brand presence in‑store. You will act as a true brand ambassador, executing Coty’s service, sales, and brand standards with consistency and excellence.

You will be reporting to the Fragrance Business Manager, and you will manage:

Drive sales performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver against KPIs
• Maximise every selling opportunity through expert customer engagement
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences at every touchpoint

Represent the brand

• Act as a true brand ambassador for Chloé fragrances
• Protect and elevate brand equity in‑store
• Adhere to Coty grooming, uniform, and brand guidelines

Execute in‑store excellence

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
• Follow VM and brand guidelines consistently
• Ensure excellent counter standards at all times

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As an experienced Brand Ambassador, you enjoy selling, connecting with customers, and representing luxury brands. You thrive in a fast‑paced, diverse, and customer‑focused retail environment.

• Experience in fragrance retail (fragrance collections experience desirable)
• Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve KPIs
• Deep passion for fragrance and luxury brand storytelling
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and in‑store retail teams
• Near‑native level of English
