At Coty, Retail Media is a key growth lever at the crossroads of eCommerce, Media, and Customer Strategy. As Retail Media Manager Europe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Coty’s retail media ambition across key European markets and platforms such as Amazon, Douglas, Notino, and more.
You will act as a strategic connector between local markets, global teams, agencies, and retail partners — driving performance, innovation, and best‑in‑class execution.
OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!
In this role, you will accelerate brand growth while strengthening your strategic, digital, and cross‑functional leadership skills:
- Define and drive Coty’s Retail Media strategy across key platforms (Amazon, Douglas, Notino) and European markets (DE, FR, IT, NL).
- Ensure strong alignment with national digital media strategies, in close collaboration with Key Account Managers, Marketing, Agencies, and Retail partners.
- Analyse eCommerce and media performance data to identify high‑impact opportunities to drive sales and market share.
- Act as a Retail Media thought leader, monitoring industry trends, tools, and innovations.
- Share insights and best practices across teams to continuously elevate Retail Media maturity.
- Contribute to defining standards and frameworks, positioning Coty as a Retail Media pioneer.
- Manage agency relationships, projects, and budgets in coordination with the Retail Media Director.
- Prepare and present data‑driven insights to senior management during business reviews and customer meetings.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You enjoy solving complex commercial challenges by combining strategic thinking, creativity, and data‑driven insights. Thriving in a fast‑moving Retail Media and eCommerce environment, you collaborate naturally across markets and functions, with a strong performance mindset, commercial ownership, and focus on impact.
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Media, with strong exposure to Paid Media (Paid Search required).
- Hands‑on experience with Amazon Ads is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of Paid, Owned & Earned Media within an eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills, able to translate insights into action.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex functions) and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Curious, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for Retail Media innovation and “changing the game”.
