Senior HR Business Partner - CHARTRES PLANT

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated senior HR Business Partner to join our Chartres plant Leadership Team.

As a senior HR Business Partner, you report directly to the HR Director Supply Chain & R&D France, with operational reporting to the Site General Manager. As HR Business Partner, you will ensure legal compliance, enhance and implement HR processes and systems, and drive the HR strategy aligned with the plant’s vision and objectives.

Key responsibilities include talent development, strengthening organizational capabilities, and fostering positive labour relations within a culture of continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who is eager to engage in daily operational challenges while strategically contributing to bring the site’s vision, “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence,” to life

The role covers a broad range of business activities and gives the opportunity to have a positive impact.
 

Your main focus:

• Guarantee legal compliance and implement the Coty HR Systems, policies and processes with efficiency
• Implement the Compensation policies, monitor the benefits offering, notably the health & life insurance programs
• Drive HSE standards and strongly contribute to make the HSE program happen
• Deploy Coty HR programs in strong collaboration with plant leadership team and liaise with Labour Authorities, Occupational health
• Provide guidance, coaching and a formalized referential of operational HR good practices to the site lead team and the managers
• Develop a high performing organization oriented on both delivering the yearly objectives and building for the future
• Ensure that training and development plans are fit for supporting plant's objectives while offering to attractive, ambitious and diverse career's opportunities for employees in the plant or in Coty
• Ensure open, mature and demanding relations with the works council and maintain a positive social climate

The Chartres plant is THE Coty luxury fragrance site. Based 1 hour from Paris, in the center of Cosmetic Valley, it is a place of choice to develop, industrialize and produce luxury fragrances. The Chartres plant produces 65 million units every year and is engaged in a 3-year growth journey with an inspiring ambition: Making “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence” an effective reality and our pride.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT 

You like to solve complex challenges in a high performing organisation. You have a strong ability to drive clarity, are agile, and strong in communication (verbal and written). You get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse environment, and have solid experience in HR within the manufacturing context. Other than that, you have the following skills: 

• Experienced HR Leader in manufacturing organisation
• Strong leadership mindset and strong ability to connect with the manufacturing reality
• Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization (English included)
• Labour law knowledge & ability to conduct negotiations with the Unions
• Ability to conduct process improvement in the HR field and to manage change
• Rigorous, resilient and detail-oriented without losing the big picture
