QUALITY PROCESS ENGINEER CDI

As Quality Process Engineer at Coty, you'll be part of one of the world's largest fragrance companies, based in Chartres Cosmetic Valley. You will have a great impact on the plant and will be able to make a difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Quality Process Engineer, you look after consumer complaints, general quality trainings, root cause analyses.

You are responsible for helping to build strong foundations of the processes and methodology system.

Based in the heart of the QA, you will be helping the team with the Quality, strengthening processes and documentations.

Your main focus :

• Pilar 1 : Manage quality system and metrologies for all the site, being the Chartres SPOC for our external partners, and lead plant housekeeping program
• Pilar 2 :   Manage complaint system and Leading investigation, root cause analysis & CAPA plan
• Pilar 3 : Manage global QA training plan from design to qualification, and develop & manage the quality station
• Pilar 4 : Manage all analysis for finished good quality deviation, issue or complaint and implement action plan based on root cause analysis

The team consists of 12 people, reporting to the Global Quality Senior Manager, and you will work closely together with several departments such as plant operations (making, packing), plant support functions (safety, packaging, engineering), external supplier (equipment supplier) and corporate functions (global QA). All your colleagues are supportive, passionate, and committed. Working in the team, you drive improvements and feel empowered.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You like working with various stakeholders, as an experienced Quality Process Engineer, you have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have :

• An engineer degree and at least 1 years’ experience
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills
• GMP & ISO 9001 knowledge
• A lean mindset (a lean mindset is a transformative approach to business and problem-solving that emphasizes the elimination of waste, continuous improvement, and delivering value to the customer from QA pov)
• Leadership / proactivity / tenacity
• A good level of English and French
