LOCATION: Chartres Plant

Chartres plant is THE Coty luxury fragrance site. Based at 1 hour from Paris, in the center of Cosmetic Valley, Chartres factory is a place of choice to develop, industrialize and produce luxury fragrances. Chartres plant produces every year 65 millions units and is engaged in a 3 years growth and renovation journey with an inspiring ambition: Making “Chartres Le Luxe par Excellence” an effective reality and our pride.

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT: Process Engineer in Quality Assurance Department

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team.

Your role will cover 4 pillars relative to the management of the quality assurance:

• Pillar 1 relative to the management of quality system & metrology
• Pillar 2 relative to complaint management
• Pillar 3 relative to quality training
• Pillar 4 relative to contribution to non-quality reduction and mastery

To successfully achieve these missions, you will work closely with many interfaces: plant operations (making, packing), plant support functions (safety, packaging, engineering), external supplier (equipment supplier) and corporate functions (global QA).

RESPONSABILITIES

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Pillar 1

• Managing quality system (QA referential audit, QA Action plan, process & documentation)
• Managing metrologies for all the site (equipment’s quality, making & production)
• Being the Chartres SPOC for our external partners (Corporate quality, Audit)
• Leading plant housekeeping program

• Pillar 2

• Managing complaint system
• Leading investigation, root cause analysis & CAPA plan

• Pillar 3

• Managing global QA training plan from design to qualification
• Developing and managing the quality station

• Pillar 4

• Managing all analysis for finished good quality deviation, issue or complaint
• Implementing action plan based on root cause analysis

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

You are a hands-on professional eager to bring positive quality mind set and continuous improvement project deployment while creating positive collaboration as a SPOC, with consumer affairs, production/ making and other stakeholders (equipment suppliers).

To be successful in this role, you will bring a previous operational experience, a rigorous skill, a capability to simplify our process and document, and a strong capacity to federate and influence internal and external interfaces.

Key requirements:

• Engineer degree
• 1-3 years quality or production experience

Essential skills

• GMP & ISO 9001 knowledge
• Good English level (written and spoken)
• Autonomy, Business acumen, ability to cooperate with technical & business interfaces
• Work with facts and data, rigor, problem solving
• Strong redaction & simplification

Desirable skills

• SAP
• Flexibility
• HACCP
