As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for managing hypermarkets, discounters and ecommerce customers. Everyday duties will be focused on planning and delivering all the KPIs (NIS, NS, GTN, GM) for the defined customer group by managing the execution of the Customers’ strategies with full P&L responsibility, negotiating Trade Terms, Trade Plan, also be accountable for updated promo plans, listings, financial accruals, FCs.


Your main focus :

  • Build and deliver annual, quarterly and monthly plans together with the Manager
  • Maintain good business relationship with customers, manage everyday business cases (listing-delisting, promotions, pricing, distribution, claims, etc.)
  • Participate in annual contracting in line with agreed budget targets
  • Optimize distribution (listing) and shelf layouts
  • Adopt marketing and customer marketing plans and campaigns effectively, organize promotions to maximize their effect
  • Organize ROI-effective promotions (pre-and post-evaluation included)
  • Maintain up-to-date, valid accrual database in line with regulations
  • Maintain and update specific master-data (customer files, listing tables etc.)

The Sales team consists of 2 KAMs and 1 Assistant and you will work closely together with several departments such as Customer Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance located in CEE region. All your colleagues are open, inclusive, ready to help You. You like to communicate and build relationship with customers, you have strong analytical and negotiation skills as an experienced Key Account Manager, you understand the KPIs (GS, NTR, GTN) and you are able to find the way to deliver the targets with an entrepreneurial mindset, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.


Other than that, you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in sales/business administration/communication/or relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of multinational FMCG experience in Key Account Management, preferably with hypermarkets (Tesco, Auchan, Spar), discounters (Lidl, Aldi, Penny) and e-commerce (eMag)
  • Fluent English besides native Hungarian
  • High level knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Category B driver's license
