Trade Marketing Trainee  

Consumer Beauty 

As a Trade Marketing Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to participate in the  creation and activation of the promotional Plan of Colour and Fragrance Categories and,  learn how to lead interdepartmental projects to ensure best in class activation in Store. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As our Trade Marketing Trainee, you will support the trade marketing and work closely with  cross-functional departments such as Demand Planning, Sales, Marketing, Purchases and  Finance to assure a perfect execution in Store for the Main Retailers. 

Your main focus:  

• Trade Marketing Projects 

o Provide support to the Trade in the Instore Planogram update. 

o Follow the Launch of products (KPIS accomplishment vs targets) 

o Assortment management for Food Channel (product catalogues) 

o Support in creation and execution of promotions and other point of sales  activities for the main retailers (contact with creative agencies and brief,  participation in development of creative assets and materials) 

• Analysis and Monitoring: 

o Develop category knowledge and analytics capacities: 

o Monitor and analyse market conditions to proactively identify key competitor  and trends. 

o Work closely with Trade and Brand & Product Manager to develop analytical  skills analysing periodically sell-in and sell-out of assigned channels/retailers as  well as the competition. 

o Realize regular store checks to identify opportunities and capture category  trends.

The Trade team consists of 6 people in Trade and Field Sales Responsible and you will work  closely together with several departments such as marketing, planning, merchandising,  finance.). All your colleagues are close and experienced. Working in the team, you will be part  of a dynamic team of Trade Marketeers, Regional Sales Responsible and Field Sales  Coordinator.
