We are Coty Iberia and we are recruiting a Supply planning role in an exciting supply chain department that sits in the Iberia market office based in Barcelona.

The role is key to driving excellent in-store execution whilst driving improvements to overall cost & cash.

We are looking for a self-confident individual with a ‘can do’ attitude who comes with a solid grounding on all aspects of supply chain. More importantly, we are after candidates with proven planning experience, collaboration, and communication skills to drive performance

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

As the single point of contact for Luxury and Consumer Beauty, you will need to build and maintain collaborative relationships with the two central planning hubs and the Spanish BU, being the primary point of contact for escalation on critical risk.

Act as a change agent to pro-actively evolve ways of working, that deliver best in class service levels and enable the growth agenda of the business. Identify trends, perform RCA, build mitigation plans whilst driving continuous improvement.

Develop the Luxury and Consumer Beauty service outlook including lost sales projections and deploy to key stakeholders:

• Service performance with clearly defined drivers
• S&OP Service risk outlook with loss projections
• Prepare and Lead the weekly Service Direction Setting meeting and Service Weekly and Monthly reports.
• Prepare detailed risk projection on Launches, OSP and Iconic brands, with root cause analysis and BIS.
• Drive continuous improvement.

Provide market intelligence and insights to the central planning hub to deliver improved levels of service.

Perform regular inventory parameter reviews to deliver improved service whilst maintaining cost and cash parameters.

Adopt a one team culture with Warehouse & Transport Teams to support service whilst operating within cost targets.

Lean in to support internal stakeholders to build the business.

Identify Excess & Obsolesce, building mitigation plans to reduce, and driving continuous improvement

Manage the Supply Team Executive for Luxury and Consumer Beauty to ensure that Quota management tool, order delivery allocation process, out of stock report and material master data rules are processed correctly and on time.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Market planning experience with similar complexity of product lines
• Effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels from a variety of backgrounds
• Analytical with excellent attention to detail
• Able to effectively influence and challenge internal and external contacts
• Able to work with autonomy and manage own workload effectively
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively, with customer-minded focus
• Pro-active and flexible attitude to work tasks and responsibilities
• Experience of pro-actively identifying and resolving issues
• Proactive, resilient, adaptable, and driven
• Able to quickly pick up the use of internal planning systems

Essential:

• Engineering degree
• Business level of English and Spanish
• Fully proficient in standard IT packages, advanced Excel user essential for the role.

Desirable

• Experience in SAP
• Experience in JDA or similar demand planning program
