ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
Develop and implement mid/long-term strategies to strength the BRAND’s market presence, helping to reach MS% targets and maximize profit while leading the short-term Brand strategy implementation driving daily decisions to ensure Brand growth.
- Brand Strategy: Set and provide mid-term strategies to ensure Brand MS% profitable growth based on the right local Marketing mix.
- Drive portfolio management, prioritization, and development to make intelligent trade-offs to seize opportunities and execute bold ideas.
- Plan and targets setting: Build solid and ambitious Brand plan based on fixed targets. Monthly monitoring on KPI’s to ensure business compliance with the objectives. Drive daily decisions to realign with the plan if necessary. Build competitive brand budget, optimizing investment and prioritizing allocation to deliver market share growth while protecting profit.
- Ensure right Brand forecasting based on Plan.
- In store Brand activation: lead excellent 360 Brand strategy implementation: communication, Trade & Promotional Plans, Point of Sale visibility permanent & temporary. Ensure excellent Brand image POS deployment according to Brand Global guidelines and strategy.
- Brand Communication: Lead communication strategy ensuring best media Plans complying with Brands targets. Digital Brand strategy leadership. Ensure excellent Brand image deployment according to Brand Global Guidelines and strategy.
- Performance: Monitor and analyze market conditions to proactively identify key competitor and consumer trends. Identify opportunities, gaps and risks for the brands assigned, submitting performance reports to ensure that all company is always on track. Monitor Financial Brand KPIs and lead Brand P&L driving daily decisions
- Team Management: Drive team member’s capabilities development towards overcome Brand Targets. Build on team accountability, monitoring and professional development. Lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure & maximize brand strategy deployment

Essential:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree.
- Proven Experience in a Product Manager role, 3-5 years
- Proven best practice in digital marketing, Marketing Research, Beauty Category sensitivity
- Languages: Spanish and English proficiency
