Within the Marketing department of the Iberia region, we are looking for a Media & Digital Manager to define the online and offline advertising strategy for Coty Brands supervising the implementation in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.



Corporate Local Media Strategy

  • Lead relationship with COTY Global media Global Teams, Procurement.
  • Lead contractual relationship with Media Agency. Be the local partner for contract, payment terms.
  • Be at the forefront of developing paid media strategy for the Luxury brands as part of the Marketing Plan, reflecting and helping to accomplish business milestones.
  • Centralize the annual media strategies of the market.
  • Lead media agency briefings, including full year media brief, campaign briefing and tactical commercial briefs.
  • Work closely with global media and marketing teams to localize global media strategy to adapt to the Spanish and Portuguese market.
  • Coordinate, analyze, manage multimedia plans with local media agencies (budget monitoring, optimization, validation of choice of media, formats/supports, etc).
  • Lead corporate pilots with specific local teams.

Excellence in Execution

  • Be responsible for budget, from planning to invoicing process.
  • Ensure timely delivery of paid media strategy for all briefs from media agency.
  • Secure proper and timely planning strategy from market (implementation of process, guidelines, templates, global SoW deliverables).
  • Collect post buy analysis reports and key learnings and share with global teams in actionable format.

Digital and Insights Acceleration

  • Actively seek ways to implement new tools, new platforms, innovative formats, and new methodologies.
  • Conduct the ongoing maintenance and compliance of our CRM strategy, improving consumer experience, communication, and buyer insights.
  • Oversee advanced marketing measurement projects including lift tests, digital attribution and Marketing Mix Modelling/Econometrics.
  • Regularly feed local brand teams with media studies/analysis and other relevant insights.
  • Gather local best practices for paid media to be shared with brand and media teams.


  • Work with local marketing, e-commerce, sales and retail team to ensure business objectives being aligned with media strategy.
  • Work with business partners to ensure the collaboration on media, digital & CRM is replying to the business objectives on both sides.



We’d love to see candidates who have:


  • 5+ years of experience in media strategy and planning in a similar role / agency or advertiser / international brands
  • Adapted to complex and changing environments, with solid experience in media and digital, with perfect control of media channels.
  • This position requires, beyond a solid organization, very good interpersonal relationships, listening and a good ability to adapt.
  • Dynamic, creative and structured, favoring collaborative work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Fluent Spanish and English are required.
