THE ROLE

The person occupying this position will oversee managing directly pure players accounts, sales target, P&L and brands image for both divisions. At the same time will oversee developing the e-commerce sales of our Brick&Click customers together with sales team to reach the company objectives.

The E-commerce KAM reports to Head of E-commerce.

 

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Manage the Pure Players Accounts with direct responsibility on sales and profitability of the accounts.
  • Implement Coty e-commerce strategy on a few B&M accounts closely with the sales, marketing, and finance areas.
  • Budget department accountability and control.
  • Negotiation with third parties.
  • Adapt the national marketing plans to pure players and B&M accounts. T
  • Digital media knowledge with specialization in Retail Media.

 WHAT YOU’LL BRING

We’d love to see candidates who have:

  • Experience leading E-commerce Pure players accounts minimum 3 years. Experience with Amazon Platform (Desirable)
  • Digital marketing experience (CRM, 360 plans, Omnichannel, pixel, etc) . Understand what drives online sales (who is the online shopper, the conversion funnel)
  • Negotiation skills; Good communication skills
  • Intensely determined and tenacious
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit, fast execution
  • Strong ambition, drive and passion
  • Capacity to build and engage teams quickly and effectively
  • Passion for Beauty
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Experience in working in complex structure where to deal with several departments and functions (global & local marketing, KAMS, global ecom…)
