PR & INFLUENCER MARKETING SKIN CARE SPECIALIST

Mission:

This role supports the Manager, Iberia PR & Influencer Marketing, in building & executing the local PR/influencer marketing strategy for Skin care & Make Up categories (Lancaster, Orveda & Kylie Jenner), The Manager will work close with Brands & media department to use the power of traditional and digital media to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between for COTY skin care & make up brands and its target audiences.

The Manager requires the ability to work closely with global brands & PR managers based in Paris offices, and to liaise and communicate internally with various departments, such as Marketing, Training, Media & Digital & e.com teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop and execute local PR & Influencer marketing activities to maximize press coverage, digital awareness and positive consumer engagement
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and implement PR strategies with the ability to think out of the box; design & execute comprehensive communications platforms, including:
  • Editorial press and influencer marketing tools and collaterals
  • PR activations
  • Influencer and PR events
  • Ambassador activations
  • Calendars/Local Activation Timelines
• Design local programs, preparation and execution
• Work closely with the Digital & media teams to ensure a 360-degree partnership for print, digital and social media coverage
• Oversee day-to-day budget management.
• Track, analyze, and monitor monthly print press, digital & influencers coverage results, identifying key insights to optimize brand strategy
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape

Skills & experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of relevant beauty PR experience
• Experience in Beauty, in skincare (Prestige) & make up (combination of scientific knowledge & artistic skill) able to understand & effectively communicate about best care of skin, ingredients, technology….
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Presentation skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to details
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to adapt well to change and multi-task
• Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential nature
• Demonstrate out-of-the-box thinking in approaching new and innovative ways of executing
• Has an enthusiasm to proactively present learnings and suggest new ideas
• Hard-working, self-motivated and passionate about the beauty industry
• Proficiency in English
