Passionate about training and beauty industry? We are looking for a beauty professional like you, who enjoys coaching and mentoring Beauty Consultant colleagues to strive for excellence, innovation and be fearless champions for Coty in the beauty industry in Travel Retail.  




As our In-store Field Coach, you are responsible for training the talent of Beauty Consultants.


As COTY's field expert, your mission is to elevate and optimize the performance of our Field Force through strategic coaching and mentoring initiatives in-store. Your focus is on ensuring that Beauty Advisors effectively deploy their learnings and capabilities, driving productivity and boosting sales performance growth. This approach must seamlessly align with our Training and Field Force strategy, as well as COTY's global Education policy, spanning across all our brands.


Your main focus :

In-Store Coaching

  • In your assigned scope, cultivate a close relationship with Beauty Advisors and conduct a thorough assessment of their proficiency levels to build a precise diagnosis,
  • Craft personalized coaching paths for each Beauty Advisor, tailored to their career ambitions and capabilities across all categories. Ensure that these paths are in harmony with COTY Travel Retail's strategic ambitions.
  • Assisting the team in setting individual goals, supporting them in achieving those goals, and providing consistent follow-up.
  • Ensuring Beauty Advisors have a thorough grasp of their targets, incentives, and reinforcing efforts to drive overall sales performance as the ultimate objective.


In-Store Mentoring

  • Offering personalized mentoring to our Beauty Advisor teams, tailored to align with COTY's Iconic selling ceremony.
  • Conducting regular in-store mentoring and demonstration sessions for Promotion & retailer Generic staff through engaging animation initiatives.
  • As the in-store expert, your role involves explaining, answering questions, demonstrating, sharing experiences, and providing advice to our Beauty Advisor teams. Your objective is to guide and inspire them to deliver a perfect customer experience in-store.
  • Ensure a flawless in-store experience by emphasizing the attitude, grooming, Point of Sale (POS) environment, merchandising execution, and dedication to service excellence of the Beauty Advisors.
  • Ensuring the smooth integration of Beauty Advisors' training and educational insights into in-store operations, encompassing sales expertise, soft skills, and product proficiency.                    


  • Assessment & Reporting
  • Consistently deliver detailed reports to your line manager outlining the progress and challenges faced by each Beauty Advisor, while also offering guidance to the RS on the action plan to pursue.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with the training team to align educational initiatives with goals and ambitions.


The team comprises four In-store Field Coaches/Mentors. You will collaborate closely with the Education leadership team and various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising. All your colleagues are passionate about the industry, collaborative, and possess strong entrepreneurial skills. Joining this team will provide you with opportunities to unleash your creativity, forge meaningful connections, and enhance your multidisciplinary expertise.




You are passionate about beauty. As an experienced In-store Field Coach, you have minimum of 3 years -experience in coaching of beauty consultants, and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:


  • Availability to travel and visit our retail stores as required (up to 80%).
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Education, Human Resources, Leadership, or a related field,
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Possession of additional certification in coaching/mentoring is a plus!
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Self-motivated, Business driven mindset and result oriented.
  • Skill in inspiring and motivating employees to attain sales quotas.
  • Confident, influential, and dynamic when interacting with others.
  • Good interpersonal skills – smiling, responsible, accountable, listening skills, and good with people.
  • Enjoys working in a team and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills and ability to observe, advise and inspire.
  • Creative-thinker and problem-solver.
  • Able to remain calm and pleasant, and to travel and work with a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent grooming and neat appearance.
  • Fluent English and native level of Spanish
