Site Initiative Project Manager

As an EXO Site Initiative Leader (SIL), you are responsible for leading supply‑chain project execution for new product initiatives sourced from Third Party Manufacturers, ensuring delivery on time, at cost, and in the required quantity while coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and managing risks.

As our EXO Site Initiative Leader (SIL), you play a critical role in leading the execution of new initiatives sourced from Third Party Manufacturers, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver quality, cost, quantity, and On‑Time‑In‑Full targets while managing risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

 

You will be reporting to EXO Planning Senior Manager, and you will manage:

 

1. Initiative execution and delivery:

  • Lead initiative execution after handover from Global Initiative Leaders
  • Deliver agreed quality, cost, quantity, and On‑Time‑In‑Full targets
  • Ensure factory operational results are achieved
  • Manage multiple initiatives in parallel throughout the year
  • Adapt TPM allocation based on business needs

 

2. Stakeholder and project coordination:

  • Organize and lead kick‑off meetings and key project touchpoints
  • Coordinate with Technical R&D, Supply Chain Packaging, MPS, MSP, Quality, and R&D teams
  • Lead execution meetings with Third Party Manufacturers
  • Align stakeholders on dependencies, timings, and deliverables
  • Act as primary point of contact within the Planning Hub

 

3. Risk management, reporting, and improvement:

  • Identify risks and activate alert processes when issues cannot be resolved locally
  • Communicate issues and risks to leadership and the business
  • Track program status and report KPIs in the local scorecard
  • Own problem‑solving, post‑mortem analysis, and root‑cause investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement, loss analysis, and process optimization

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

As a supply‑chain project management professional, you thrive in a fast‑paced and diverse environment. You are result‑focused, highly organized, able to influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly while operating effectively in a dynamic business context.

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain project management
  • Experience working with Third Party Manufacturers
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Critical thinking, decision‑making, and process‑improvement mindset
  • English proficiency
  • Experience with SAP or MS tools (nice to have)
