You will lead risk management activities, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage supply and service risks, and ensure products are launched on time and in full  in a highly dynamic and visible environment.

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!

As our NPD Senior Planner, you play a critical role within our DRP (Distribution Requirements Planning) team in ensuring distribution readiness, managing launch-related supply risks, and driving the execution of new product launches across Luxury and Consumer Beauty divisions while collaborating with a broad network of planning and initiative stakeholders.

You will be reporting to the NPD Senior Planning Manager, and you will manage:

1. Launch Planning & Distribution Readiness

  • Ensure successful distribution, availability, and service levels for finished goods during new product launches across Luxury and Consumer Beauty divisions.
  • Support launch execution across in-house manufacturing and External Operations environments.
  • Drive alignment across DRP, Site Initiative Leaders (SILs), NPD Supply, Divisional Planning (DP) and Market Planning teams to ensure launch readiness.
  • Support Initiatives Management Excellence (IME) and Supply Network Design (SND) process implementation and continuous improvement.

2. Risk Management & Performance Monitoring

  • Lead initiative risk management activities, proactively identifying, mitigating and escalating supply and service risks impacting launch performance.
  • Conduct forecast reviews, GAP analysis and root cause investigations to drive corrective actions.
  • Monitor launch execution and resolve operational issues impacting availability, service, and launch timelines.

3. Continuous Improvement & Project Leadership

  • Manage Supply Network Design (SND) projects, including KPI definition and integration into Hub processes.
  • Act as a planning systems subject matter expert, supporting process optimization, network improvements, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects that enhance launch execution, planning effectiveness and process efficiency.
