Product Lifecycle Planner

In close collaboration with HQ Business Supply Planning and Supply Teams, the Divisional Senior Planner leads end‑to‑end lifecycle activities including innovation, catalogue and license management while owning global demand planning. The role drives forecast accuracy, portfolio productivity and supports the S&OP process across Coty’s multi‑brand environment.

 


 

THE ROLE

 

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, DRIVE PERFORMANCE!

As our Divisional Senior Planner, you play a critical role in managing innovation launches, optimizing portfolio performance and ensuring reliable global demand planning to support business performance and S&OP excellence.

 

You will be reporting to the Divisional Planning Senior Manager, and you will manage:

 


Innovation Management:

  • Ensure demand completeness and reasonability for all innovation launches
  • Monitor launch performance and recommend adjustments to supply strategy based on business performance
  • Prepare arbitration proposals in case of shortages and ensure execution & communication to Business Units
  • Perform regular forecast reviews (monthly / weekly for key launches) and compare with previous cycles
  • Provide insights to stakeholders to support decision‑making and improve forecast accuracy

 

Catalogue & Lifecycle Management:

  • Run portfolio analysis and identify optimization levers (discontinuations, MVA, SKU rationalization)
  • Provide recommendations based on SKU performance and profitability
  • Escalate risks (service vs excess & obsolescence) to support business decisions
  • Coordinate discontinuation plans and ensure alignment with markets and stakeholders
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of product catalogue and lifecycle data

 

License & Portfolio Monitoring:

  • Manage and consolidate license tracking, including actuals collection with Finance
  • Ensure visibility on performance and alignment with financial and strategic objectives

 

Global Demand Planning & S&OP:

  • Build and validate demand volumes for AOP / PF for manufacturing and logistics teams
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of S&OP data flows (actuals, targets, forecasts)
  • Load and manage data within planning systems
  • Analyze S&OP KPIs (MAPE, SPP, service levels) to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Support S&OP governance and ensure alignment across global stakeholders

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

As a supply chain planning professional, you thrive in a complex, fast‑paced and highly transversal environment. You combine strong analytical capabilities with business understanding and the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.

 

  • Strong experience in demand and/or supply planning within an end‑to‑end supply chain
  • Proven exposure to innovation launches, product lifecycle and portfolio management
  • Strong knowledge of planning systems (SAP, JDA, Excel, PIM)
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
